EveryShingle is a roof visualization service provided by John Beal Roofing. The service may use property imagery, mapping data, roof information, product references, automated processing, and artificial intelligence to create approximate roof visualizations and related information.
2. Color and Product Appearance
Roof and shingle colors shown through EveryShingle are for visualization and comparison purposes only. No exact color, texture, pattern, granule blend, shading, or finished appearance is represented or guaranteed. Appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, weather, photography, source imagery, artificial-intelligence processing, manufacturing variation, installation conditions, and other factors.
You should review current physical product samples and manufacturer materials before making a final roofing-product or color selection.
3. Property Images and AI Visualizations
Property images and generated roof previews are illustrative. Automated or AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies, omissions, distortions, or differences from the actual property. A visualization is not a construction plan, architectural drawing, engineering analysis, or guarantee of final appearance.
4. Roof Measurements
Any roof dimensions, areas, squares, geometry, or measurements displayed by EveryShingle are approximate and must be verified in the field before ordering materials, preparing a final contract, establishing final pricing, or performing roofing work. EveryShingle measurements are not a substitute for a professional onsite measurement.
5. Estimates and Pricing
Unless John Beal Roofing separately provides a written proposal or contract stating otherwise, information presented through EveryShingle is not a binding quote, contract, or promise of final pricing. Actual pricing may depend on verified measurements, roof condition, material availability, code requirements, labor, accessories, site conditions, and other project-specific factors.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use EveryShingle only for lawful, ordinary personal or authorized business purposes. You may not misuse, disrupt, overload, probe, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the service or its security, verification, rate limits, access controls, APIs, infrastructure, or third-party services.
Automated submissions, bots, scripts, bulk requests, attempts to bypass phone verification, excessive generation requests, fraudulent information, unauthorized data collection, or activity intended to create unreasonable costs or degrade the service are prohibited. We may limit, suspend, block, or terminate access when we reasonably believe the service is being abused.
7. Communications and Verification
Certain features may require mobile-number verification. By requesting a verification code, you consent to receive the verification message necessary to complete that request. Any separate consent you provide for marketing or promotional communications is governed by the disclosure presented when that consent is requested and may be withdrawn as permitted by law.
8. Third-Party Services and Product Information
EveryShingle may rely on third-party mapping, imagery, communications, analytics, artificial-intelligence, hosting, and product-information services. Availability and accuracy of those services are not guaranteed. Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, logos, and product imagery are the property of their respective owners where applicable.
9. Service Availability
We may change, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features of EveryShingle. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every property can be visualized, or that every manufacturer, product, color, image, measurement, or third-party data source will always be available or current.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation
EveryShingle is provided as a visualization and informational tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, John Beal Roofing disclaims warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness of visualizations, automated measurements, third-party data, and generated output for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Information collected through EveryShingle is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use of EveryShingle after an update constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms to the extent permitted by law.
