Depending on how you use EveryShingle, we may collect:

- Property coordinates and mapping or roof information associated with the property.

- Phone-verification status and records relating to consent choices.
- Information you submit when requesting a free estimate, including optional notes.
- Technical and usage information such as pages viewed, events within the visualizer, device/browser information, and similar analytics data.

- Locate and display the property you select.
- Create roof visualizations and related roof information.
- Verify a mobile number and help prevent misuse of the service.
- Save or maintain the visualizer experience in your browser.
- Respond to requests for roofing estimates or assistance.

- Measure performance, understand use of EveryShingle, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service.
- Protect EveryShingle, John Beal Roofing, our service providers, and users from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unauthorized activity.
4. Phone Verification and Communications
EveryShingle may use Twilio to send a one-time SMS verification code to the mobile number you provide. Verification messages are used to confirm access to certain features. If you separately choose to consent to marketing or promotional communications, John Beal Roofing may use the contact information you provide for those communications. Marketing consent is handled separately from the one-time verification request and may be withdrawn as permitted by law.
5. Roofing Leads and Estimate Requests
When you verify your information or request a free estimate, relevant contact and property information may be sent to John Beal Roofing's customer communication and lead-management systems, including WooSender, so that we can maintain the lead, respond to your request, and provide follow-up communications consistent with your choices.
6. Mapping, Property, and Visualization Services
EveryShingle uses third-party mapping and property-related services, including Google mapping, Places, Street View, and Solar-related services, to locate properties, display imagery, and obtain roof-related information. Information necessary to perform those functions may be processed by those providers under their own applicable privacy terms.
7. Artificial Intelligence
EveryShingle may use artificial-intelligence services, including services provided by OpenAI, to generate or process roof visualizations. Information and imagery necessary to create a requested visualization may be transmitted to those services for processing.
8. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how EveryShingle is used, including interactions such as property confirmation, roof-product selection, visualization generation, and estimate requests. Analytics information helps us measure performance and improve the service. We do not intentionally send your name or mobile phone number to Google Analytics as custom event data.
9. Browser Storage and Similar Technologies
EveryShingle may use browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies to maintain application state, remember parts of your session, support analytics, and operate service features. Clearing browser data or using private-browsing features may affect saved session information.
10. How Information May Be Shared
We may share information with service providers that help us operate EveryShingle and John Beal Roofing's related customer services, such as hosting, mapping, communications, analytics, artificial intelligence, and lead-management providers. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or respond to valid legal process.
We do not describe customer information as being sold to third parties through EveryShingle.
11. Data Retention and Security
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing requested services, maintaining business and consent records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. You may opt out of promotional text messages using the opt-out instructions associated with those communications. You may also contact John Beal Roofing with questions about information you submitted through EveryShingle.

EveryShingle is intended for homeowners, property decision-makers, roofing professionals, and other general users and is not designed as a service directed to children.
